Meet the Team

  • MVCC, the flagship institute of Changanacherry Archdiocese began its journey on July 9, 1974, realizing the vision “Cultivating Ethics in Business and to dedicate for the mission, adds value to Commerce” and forms the cause and cue of this enshrined institution. As Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam said , “All of us do not have equal talent. But, all of us have an equal opportunity to develop our talents.” Internalizing this sacred aim, MVCC provides equal opportunities to our students, especially the economically backward students, who have much enthusiasm, curiosity and creativity to reach the zenith of knowledge in the commercial sector. Germination of great ideas and ideals in the minds of our students are quite natural. Standing on the verge of this fast developing commercial scene of this century, I can see this flagship sailing through the ocean of knowledge boarding thousands of students, to reach the colourful horizon of human life, embracing the shallow shores of different countries, picking up fresh ones and leaving the moulded ones there, to enjoy the celestial beauty of human life. Undoubtedly, I can say, “Born to serve and serve the Deserved” is the value upheld by our teaching faculty of this esteemed institution. On this fabulous and fascinated occasion, I pray to God Almighty to shower his blessing on us.....

The college has a strength of 800 students. I am proud to state that our teachers serve as resource persons and meetings are organized for students and parents at different levels. We are proud of our students who do extremely well in the university examinations. I am happy to note that the management of the college has clear and proper vision. To promote the talents of our students, various clubs are functioning in the college under the supervision of various faculty. This helps a great deal in fostering the talents of our students. Looking back to the past year, we have every reason to feel proud and happy. Above all I thank God for the graces big and small we have received and pray to St. Joseph for his continued blessing in the coming years.
